You may register for one single day, two days, or the full three days (discount available). Please select the days you wish to register for by ticking the corresponding boxes in EasyChair registration form. Additional options are provided for the workshop day (June 21) and for the social events.

Registration and payment
Registrations must be paid before April 30.
Any unpaid registration after this date may be cancelled.
The capacity for in-person at Toulouse is limited to 135 attendees. This is due to Covid-19 related restrictions and could be subject to changes.
Amendments to existing registrations are possible within the given deadlines and, depending on the case, additional payments or reimbursements can be made.
Refunding policy:
- Toulouse registrations: until 17/05/2021: reimbursement of total paid minus costs (25.00€ + 4,9%)
- Toulouse registrations: until 04/06/2021: reimbursement of 50%
- Online registrations: until 04/06/2021: reimbursement of total paid minus costs (25.00€ + 4,9%)
- No reimbursements after 04/06/2021
