This month, discover a synthesis published at the end of 2025 by the European Commission, based on significant work conducted through four workshops on key areas for the evolution of work and working conditions:

  1. the ecological transition and professional life,
  2. the digital world of work,
  3. both transitions and vulnerable groups, and
  4. the future of work in EU public administrations.


These reflections contribute to Foncsi’s strategic analysis of the industrial safety of the future: “Living with” a new world, the need for new skills, job transformations, the winners and losers if nothing is done, and the industrial safety of tomorrow.
